I offer a warm, understanding and empathic approach in a non-judgmental space to help you explore any difficulties you might be experiencing.

I have a unique mix of knowledge, experience and skills that has been constantly added to and built upon over the years as a Family Support Worker with Domestic abuse being the core of my work to help empower survivors of domestic abuse by facilitating The Freedom Programme and Recovery Tool Kit.

- Womens Aid – You and Me, Mum programme Facilitator -which aims to empower and support survivors in furthering their understanding of their role as mothers and in addressing the needs of children and young people who have lived with domestic abuse.
- Solihull Approach Parenting Programme Facilitator – To help understand the impact of relationships on health and wellbeing and the impact of adverse childhood experiences on health and wellbeing
Fees
£45.00 per session
Appointments and fees
Appointments are 50 minutes once a week at the same time on the same day. I do my best to accommodate clients’ needs and commitments and recognise that sometimes, different appointment days and times may be necessary. Standard individual sessions are £45. Sessions are one-to-one.
